Westlake
3,500 sq. ft. home was designed by Scott Bettersworth specifically for the unique lot. The open floor plan and stategically placed windows provide abundant natural light to fill the home.

Heights of Falcon Head                                 This Tuscan-style home 3,800 sq. ft. sits on a golf course lot in The Height of Falconhead. The home features an open floor plan with huge great room, oversized breakfast, large formal dining, study, powder and master suite on the main floor. Upstairs includes a huge game room, three additional bedrooms and two baths.

Finishes include travertine and wood floors, granite and travertine counters, solid alder doors and custom-made stained trim, custom alder cabinets, stainless Kitchenaid appliances, wine storage, stone exterior patio and entry, stone and stucco exterior and tile roof. Click here for a virtual tour

Lake Austin
This home is 5,500 sq. ft. and sits on a one-acre lot on Lake Austin. The main level includes a large, open great room that is open to the large gourmet kitchen. The formal dining room has a barrel ceiling and an attached butler’s pantry. The master has a private patio that overlooks Lake Austin. The master bath is oversized and includes a large sauna tub with custom surround. The owner’s office has a private lake-view patio and is connected to a second living area. There is also a full guest suite on the first floor.

The second level has a game room with lake-view veranda, a full-size media room and two additional bedrooms, each with a private bath.

Finishes include stone and wood floors, wood casement windows, high-level granite counters, special mosaic tile, two fireplaces with stone surrounds, low-voltage lighting, Viking and Bosch stainless appliances, wine storage, custom-made front doors, gas exterior lighting, whole-house surround sound, all stone/stucco exterior and tile roof.
