Initially, I interviewed various other Realtors.  They presented me with their market analysis of the area and arrived at a price without even knowing what I had or what I wanted.

When my agent came in, he looked around, listened to my needs and desires, made notes and took pictures. He came back a couple of days later after doing his homework and completing a market analysis and presented me with a concrete plan.
